Fulfilment options
Courier delivery
Available at checkout for most products. Rates are calculated from your delivery address using our courier partner (BobGo). Select your preferred service and price before placing your order.
Some products may be restricted to certain provinces. If an item cannot be shipped to your area, checkout will show a notice before you pay.
Collection
You may collect from our nursery when collection is offered at checkout:

Dispatch and delivery estimates
Orders are typically dispatched within 2–4 working days (excluding the day you order). Courier transit time depends on your province and the service you select — an estimated delivery window is shown at checkout when you choose a rate.
These are estimates only, not guaranteed delivery dates. Weather, courier capacity and peak seasons can affect timing. We will email you when your order ships or is ready for collection.
Packaging
Trees and plants are packed in nursery containers and shipping boxes suited to their size. We hand-select healthy stock for every order. Because plants are living, appearance may differ slightly from website photos.
When your order leaves us
Once your order is collected by the courier, it is in the courier’s care. Plants are resilient and most recover quickly from transit, but some leaf drop or minor stress after shipping is normal and not necessarily a defect.

Transit damage
If goods arrive damaged in transit, email sales@fromthegarden.co.za with your order number and clear photos within 48 hours of delivery. We will review your claim and respond with next steps. Do not return goods without our authorisation.
Delivery fees
Delivery fees are shown at checkout before you pay. They include courier rates plus any packaging costs applicable to your order. Delivery fees are generally non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise.
