Returns & Exchanges

Since plants and trees are perishable, nursery stock cannot be returned without authorisation. Once a tree has been removed from its original container, or has been planted, it cannot be returned. In some cases, garden supplies and hard goods may be authorised for return, including fertilisers, planting mixes, planting kits and watering bags.

We can only return a plant if it has arrived at your delivery address in a damaged condition. If this is the case, please send us a picture of the item within 72 hours of delivery receipt to [email protected].

Please note: we do not offer cash refunds. We can either replace the plant or issue a store credit voucher for the value of the plant only, not the delivery fee. You will also be responsible for the delivery fee required to return the plant from another province outside of Gauteng.

If you change your mind about an item and want to return or exchange it, please let us know within 72 hours of delivery receipt. Please note: you will be responsible for paying an additional shipping fee for returns & exchanges. This will be the same as our standard shipping fee per province.

Keep in mind that buyers are responsible for shipping and processing charges. By purchasing nursery stock, customers accept From The Garden’s terms and conditions of sale, constituting the entire agreement. Our liability will not be greater than the cost paid for the customer’s order in any circumstance.
